Round the clock operation and simple Maintenance of various Electro Mechanical Services as per details given below by deploying the required staff and by arranging required tools and plants etc to keep all the services operational upto the required standards
a) EI and fans b) Compound light c) Ductable AC's (13x3.0TR Nos ) d) Pumps ( 2 Submersible & 4 Mono Block) e) Transformer Substation ( 2 x 630 KVA Transformer ) f) Engine Alternator (2 x 320 KVA) g) Window / Split / Tower AC Units (Approx -25 ACs) h) Fire Alarm and Fire Detection & Fighting equipment
Note:- i) The staff deployed for operation of EMS should be capable of operating & handling 11 KV HT system. ii) For the operation and simple Maintenance one skilled person is required to be present in each shift. iii) The minor maintenance material required for repair of EMS shall be provided/ carried out by the firm. The items include PVC tape, dhoti, thimbles, screws, nuts & bolts etc.
