AUGMENTAION REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLES FROM THE FEEDER PILLAR BOXES AND COPE BOXES AT A B C D AND E BERTH OF IN JETTY UNDER GE HADDO SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Disconnecting and taking out existing old LT cable of any size (300 to 400 Sqmm) from trenches/from pole/walls including taking out old GI tubes, cable protection covers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, steel armoured, aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS:7098), ISI marked, in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of following size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- 1. The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. 2. Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc.

400 Sqmm, 3½ core.

300 Sqmm, 3½ core.

S&F including laying in trenches or in cable ducts or clamping on wall DWC HDPE pipe of size 120mm (OD) x 103.5mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc for LT cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lifting the RCC slab upto 300 mm thick, 2 to 4m long, 1 to 2m wide and about 2.5 to 4.0 ton in weight on jetty by cutting/ chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside using crane for laying of new LT cable, water pipe including removing/ bunching of all LT/HT cables for cleaning of cable duct and placing removed/ new LT/HT cables at the same location after carrying out repairs including making good the surface with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Cost of T&P reuired for the work shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (b) Site will be available in a restricted manner and prior approval shall be obtained before commencement of work. (c) Contractor is liable for any damage caused to existing services or structure during the execution of work. (d) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting the rates.

S&F new copper bus bar of suitable size and capacity to suit the existing requirement with proper insulators for mounting including reconnecting the electric cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
