2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size hard granite chips. On new work per 1 sqm. (2nd Floor)

Painting Two coats with any approved Synthetic Enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer over iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Painting two coat of Weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade on new works to give an even shade over prepared surfaces including scuffolding to outside walls, including cost, conveyance, all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge per 1 Sqm (Ground floor)
