Providing and applying of Tack coat using Bituminous Emulsion at the rate of 3Kg per 10Sqm over the BT surface including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORT&H and directed by the Engineer.

Reaming the existing vertical drainage shaft of 200mm dia to the entire depth by rotary drilling from top of dam to the drainage gallery level, inclusive of all machineries, equipments, consumables, other materials required for the work, labour charges for operation, cleaing the drilled holes, transport charges for machinery and shifting them to different location etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Reaming the chocked foundation shafts inside the gallery by using special type low Hight drilling machine including cost of all materials, transporting charges, lighting and water supply arrangements, etc., complete as directed by Engineer at site.

Removal of calcination from the gallery gutter portion in the floor including cost of labour, lead, lift, transporting the debris away from the site etc., complete.

Pressure Grouting Weakened Ingression by Drilling Holes on the Surface using Concrete Power Driller, Fixing of Grout Pipe & Grouting Using Pump with Cement mixed with CEBEX -100 Chemical Admixture of FOSROC for the Honey Combs including Cost of Cement, CEBEX - 100, Rental for Power Driller & Grouting Pump, labour, lead, lift, etc. Complete.

Providing Poly Ironite ceramic Cementitious (PICC) mortar over the eroded concrete area and screeding by PICC mortar 10mm thick after removing existing loose concrete surface in U/S face of Dam by breaking (using manual / mechanical means ) clean with special chemical steripure 100 with pressure water jet for removing of algae fungi, apply bond coat before PICC application and top coat after finishing, complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges, transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Engineer in charge.
