Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ),with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer ( Kajaria , Nitco , Jhonson ), in all colour and shades, in skirting , riser of steps , laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adheshive ( watert based) confirming to IS:15477 , in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints .( payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (Tata make) (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre approved brand ( Asian , Nerolac,ICI Dulux) & manufacturer, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade & colour.

Two coats

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping, sand papering & preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint & the like by scrapping, sand papering & preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) from 500 ltr to 5000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @0.5gm per litre capacity of tank,including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account).

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines.Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm.

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Dismantling 15mm to 40mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
