Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method for grading I material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeld steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Scarifying the existing bituminous surfaceto a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres - by mechanical means.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification 4 th revision , complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers,object markers),80-100cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80X100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79

Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate /ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm,15mm and 90mm respectively and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methacrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORT&H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortar all as per the MORTH circular No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and applying tackcoat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on black topped surface bitumen @ 5kg/10sqm.

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified,the compacted layer thickness being 75mm. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods , watering , rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (Payment will be made based on level measurement)

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail,70 cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post,150X75X5 mm spaced 2 m centre-to-centre,1.8 m high,1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fittings to be galvanished by hot dip process , all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150X75X5mm, 330m long complete as per Clause 810.
