Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth leve With: 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth leve With 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregates.with 20 % stone boulders.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 fine Sand)

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre,two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.: Internal work-Exposed on wall 15 mm dia. nominal bore medium

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved make conforming to IS : 8931

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: W.C. pan with ISI marked black solid plastic seat and lid

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 450x300 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport and Manual Labour including loading , unloading & stacking complete. Sand lead upto 60 Km by MT. and 3000 mtr by Head Load

Stone aggregate below 40 mm lead upto 20 km by MT and 3000 Mtr by Head Load

Bricks: lead upto 70 km by MT and 3000 Mtr by Head Load
