(a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of underground cable and getting out in soft soil strata complete all as specified and directed.– 9.32 Cum (b) Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.– 6.42 Cum (c) Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.–2.90 Cum (d) M&L for fine sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified & directed. – 1.86 Cum (e) Taking out serviceable/ unserviceable HT UG cable from trench/ duct/ surface of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type after electrical disconnection including protection covers, pipe etc of any descriptions complete including segregation of serviceable materials viz protection cover, pipe etc and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for reuse/ further disposal complete all as specified and as directed. – 22.00 RM (Note: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Serviceable cover/ pipe will be kept aside for re-use.) (f) Re-laying/ re-routing of serviceable (as obltained from taking out) HT cable of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type inclung making electrical connection complete all as specified.-20.00 RM (Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately). (g) Relaying of old serviceable (as obltained from taking out) PCC cable cover of size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection of UG HT cable complete all as specified and directed. – 100.00 Nos (h) Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, outdoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint all as specified and directed. – 1.00 Nos (Make: Denson/Raychem/3M) (j) Material & labour for servicing cum repairing of RMU SF6 of capacity 630 Amps, 11 KV, 3 pole, outdoor type, ABB make by opening all covers/ strips, cleaning, servicing/ overhauling & lubricating, internally & externally all contacts, springs, tripping system including adjustment, tightening, filling of gas & setting of all contacts & inserting it in its original position, re-assembling all parts and fixing in its panel for smooth functioning of the circuit breaker to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.- 1.00 Job (Note:- Spare parts required to make breaker serviceable shall be measured & paid separately as "Supply only".)
