Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing M.S.grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S. flats , square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete - Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement /casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges , zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall , plastic packers,
