Amount

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished with sagol finish on plastered surface of internal walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick in two layers on stone masonry surfaces in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces (plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 ltr to 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc., and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix four layered rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, including 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball all as specified in SSR part-I (2009) including dismantling of existing water tank RCC or PVC any type and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 8 above but 1000 ltr capacity.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to walls or laid in floors as in sanitary fittings, rain water pipes etc in any position including taking down sanitary pipes, eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), in any type and position including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, branch pieces, couplers, reducers, vent cowl, stack clamps etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 10 above but 75mm dia.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (SWR) bend with access door type 'B' of any radius 110mm borecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (SWR) bend with access door type 'B' of any radius 75mm borecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door type 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), 15 mm thick laid over the RCC roof slab, facing of slab and chajja mixed with and including integral liquid water proofing compound including taking down existing screed bed/plaster all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with 3mm thick APP membrane polymer based to roof slab including taking down existing water proofing treatment of any type and removing the rubbish from the site to a distance exc. 500mtrs and n.exc. 1000 mtrs and deposited in low lying areas complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge comprising of the following:- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25kg/sqm. (b) Laying 3mm thick APP polymer modified membrance by torch application method. (c) 24 hours ponding test after laying WP membrane. (d) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.15kg/sqm.

Material and labour for PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, 10ltr capacity,low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever, all as per ESSCO Cat No. WHE-WHT-183NL or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitreous china wash basin white flat back size 580x450 mm excluding taps but including 32 mm dia CP waste fitting and PVC waste pipe 610 mm long and brackets all as per CERA Cat No S 2040109 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore dia steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanised with and including all medium grade fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down steel water tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore dia steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanised with and including all medium grade fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down steel water tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7mm thick, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC floor/Nahani trap square type with CP grating with or without hole including provision of jointing to waste pipes in run lead joint dia of outlet 75 mm, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Bib taps, 15mm bore long body, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screw down,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as per Prayag Cat No 8308 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Stop valve cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, 15mm bore size screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fittings all as per Prayag Cat No 7326 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 32 mm bore PVC waste pipe 1000mm long of approved make suitable for WHB, urinals etc all as specified and as directed.

Kitchen sink with drain board overall size 915x460mm, bowl size 410x330x160mm made out of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratary sink with plugs, washers and waste including bedding in mortar on to dwarf wall, fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union pipes complete in repairs including taking down the existing sink complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repairs PTMT body health faucet with 1mtr long braided rubber hose pipe and wall hook, fixed in repairs all as per Cat No. BEA-84 of Prayag or techno commerical equivalent models in Essco / Parryware / Hindware complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Pillar taps, 15mm dia, long body/swan neck, fancy type suitable for fixing to wash basin screwed for iron pipe and fixed with necessary fittings and including PVC connection all as per CERA Cat Part No F2004301or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for factory made fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP)''CHAJJA", 4 mm thick of 'fibre way' brand or equivalent in required colour,size and design made by resin transfer moulding (RTM) machine technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope cuvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 Nos of verticals, 1 No of horizontal made out of 50x2 mm thick MS flat with 12 mm in built hole for grouting on the exixting wall along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically including all necesssary fittings. The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated polyster resin as per IS: 6746 duly reinforced with fibreglass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS:11551 complete with protective Gelcoat U/V coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme temperature, wheather and sunlight complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to external walls and chajja by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after cleaning the surfaces and exposing and opening all visible cracks throughly and sealing all with acrylic sealing compound as per manufacturer specification and direction of EIC. Make:- Dr fixit or equivalent as approved by GE

Material and labour for for removing the leaking outlet bends of 100mm or 75mm and repairing leaking joints by PVC solvent of ordinary cement and closing the gap in outlet by cement sand mortar for making leakage free duct walls follwed by removal of weeds and vegetation on outlet side with hand tools only and injecting Monsanto's herbicide to prevent the growth of new plants in future, finishing. (New changing of fittings, unserviceable pipes, bend and nahni traps will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for water proofing of balcony and other exposed roof other than APP treated surfaces:- (i) Clean the surface free of oils, grease, dust particle etc, washing the area with all major visible cracks to be filled with chemistik crackseal compound. (ii) On prepared surface one coat of Chemistik clear Waterproof coating will be applied and allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours. If subsequent coats are required, it will be applied after an interval of 6 hours, between each coat. (iii) Followed by final two coats of Chemistik white water proofing compound on prepared surface, allowing it to dry for 8 hours. Application of second coat as above. Every subsequent coat if applied, should be at an iterval of 8 hours between each coat.

Material and labour for repairing the leaking deteriorated and torn out chajjas and parapet walls by removing all the lose materials from the top of the chajja by means of light hammering and chiselling, removing loose concrete cover only and clean all loose particles by high pressure jet water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contamination followed by appication two coats of polymerised cementitious coat like Pidilites Pidifin 2k or equivalent, while second coat is wet apply a 10mm dash coat of cement plaster with the waterproofing compound, completing the repair work by final finishing and providing proper slope of 15 mm thick rendering to prepared surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement including supply and mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complte all as specified and as directed. Make :- Dr.Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE,

Patch wise Repairs of existing leaking APP membrane :- Material and labour for for cleaning and removing of dust from the existing membrane and application of one coat of MEMBRANE PRIMER BLACK of star coating or equivalent followed by after 8 hours of priming for application of two coat MEMBRANE SEALER WHITE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Demoition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for removal of rubbish off the prmises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4), using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete, (1:3:6), type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, plinth protection, 75 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, (1:4:8), type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including demolition of existing flooring n.exc. 15cm thick below or above GL all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment, factory made, any shape and size, rubber moulded, glossy finish conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, made out of M-35 grade concrete including material and labour for 50 mm thick crushed stone sand filling under floors and demolition of existing interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
