Construction of Primary Health Centre Level-II at Kalpa in District Kinnaur (HP) (SH -Building Portion, W.S and S.I, Septic Tank and site development

Excavation in earth work in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock and all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side , water polution , etcetra and to protect stability of hill side, the track shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging-out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) , All earth work in cutting/ excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width chamber , super elevation and lable as soon on the drawings or as directed by the Enginner-in-charage , in conformit with the requirment of technical specification for rural road , clause 1603.1 (one thousand six hundred three point one) and 1603.2 (one thousand six hundred three point two) of general conditions for contract to achive designed formation width including hauling and stactking of matiral useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal and damping to be arranged by thr contractor of unsuitable cut matirals in specified manner, triming , filling of unevenness , blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Enginerr-in charge for smooth riding. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, or other taxes but excluding GST imposed by the Government

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all length and width , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all height, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts in all kinds of soil complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, or other taxes but excluding GST imposed by the Government

Filling with available excavted earth (exculding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etctra in layer not exceding 20 cm (twenty centimeter) in depth consolidating each deposited layer by the ramming and watering complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, or other taxes but excluding GST imposed by the Government

Providing and laying Boulder/stone filling hand packed under floors, complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Providing and laying Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) complete upto floor all level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
