M&L for preparation of old deteriorated external wall / Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible up to G+13 storey bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of external wall / Ceiling applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer up to G+13 storey bldg complete all as specified and directed .

M& L for Preparation of old plastered internal wall/ceiling surfaces etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 60 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - 1. Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. (upto G+13 storey). 2. Item no 1.00 to 4.00 The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Primer,White wash,Exterior emulsion paint,Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 3. The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with Auth aplicator & 5 yrs warranty.

All as per item No 14 above but newly plastered surfaces Note for Item No. 1 to 5 : 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from AGE(I) before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator 3. The contractor shall make his own arrangement of scafolding upto G+13 storied bldg. The cost of scafolding is deemed to be included in the amount quoted by contractor. Contractor will also ensure the safety and security of labours & workers. The work shall be carried out in close supervision of the contractor.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, or stone walls / ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified. Note rate quoted up to G+13 bldg including scaffolding

M&L for injection grouting as under :-(i) Cleaning of marked surfaces with wire brush and washing with water, removing any foreign material like algae, dirt, oil etc (ii) cleaning of holes free froml dust/debris/loose material using blow compressed air followed by water injection (iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep or half of the thickness of wall/slab @ 500 mm c/c (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap. (v) Allow the epoxy putty to cure for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (vi) cleaning nipple one by one commencing from the top to bottom using blow compressed air followed by water injection to ensure that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials (vii) Injecting of "Free flow non shirnk cementitious grout" in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air. pressure shall be in the range as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardenere shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (x) cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer. (xi) cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust /loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufactuer. complete procedure shall be as per manufacturer instructions and as directed . (d) Foundation of angle iron structure should be embedded in top wall of tower including PCC. (e) Raised height of the letter from base surface should not be less than 60 MM . (f) Size of letter should be as directed by Engg In charge. (g) Color of letter should be white. (h) High efficiency white color LED strip will be provided in each letter along with suitable driver , internal wiring and provision of 01XSPN MCB 32 A along with sheet metel enclosure complete with necessary water proofing arragement.
