Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Dismantlng fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of posts or struts of (wood /stee/RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed ,complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, copings, plinth courses and the like finished fair & even, including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 15 herein before but except bricks

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire, size of mesh and gauge of wire as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing included under item No 12 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections, pintle hinge with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hooks and hinges (excluding of covering steel sheeting), fastening, locking arrangement and hanging etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165, complete etc all as specified and directed.

Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal n.exc 5cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of new platered/unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding and safety arragements , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated existing plastered /unplastered surface of wall and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint (as per existing colour), complete all as specified and directed

Two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on primer on surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming coat on new stone and concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified

2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting with side lap, self tapping screws and washer as in roof / wall, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc , including dismantling of old sheet of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2. The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) type B0 (12.5mm aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4), including all mouldings but excluding frame , fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast kerb stones (M-20 concrete) of size 300 x 300 x 100mm (laid with width equal to 100mm), set and jointed in CM 1:4 including necessary excavation and earth work, including demolition of existing damaged kerb stone/ PCC edging, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling of existing barbed wire complete all as specified and directed (each line of wire to be measured).

75mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring laid in alternate pannels complete all as specified.
