(length as required) adjusting level, fixed to roof slabs/truss by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners, 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including necessary dismentaling of existing unserviceable ceiling boards of any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, including disposal of debris and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty and rubbing the surfaces with sand paper to obtain smooth finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces applying 1mm thick wall care putty and rubbing the surfaces with sand paper to obtain smooth finished surfaces including making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over the putty surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper approved tint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Anti Suicide Fan Down Rod (smart fan rod), length 300mm (12"), white MS pipe heavy duty zinc plated and powder coated, 19mm outer dia, 1.8mm (+ 0.05mm) wall thickness including in-built spring set and with a built-in paire FR connector copper wire of suitable cross section, spring set shall be of Grade III carbon steel, zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and shall be opened at impact load of 22 Kg and more, the spring hidden in the pipe shall be expanded upto 1 meter, including taking down existing fan & down rod and refixing the fan with new smart fan rod, making all electric connections and cleaning of fan after installation and testing, complete as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement twin twisted 2 core flexible copper cable of size 1 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan etc and connections, complete as specified and directed.
