Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per item No 01.00 above but more than 1.5 Mtr and upto 2 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for replacement of customised sign / stainless steel 3D letters, size as per site requirement for fixing at MES installations/ office area fabricated out of stainless steel letters, all finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut granite stone 20-25mm thick, surface finished - polished, creed base laid and jointed with matching colour cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cleaning of surface after completion of work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of angle iron post for chain link fencing, cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending, cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only in replacement of chain link fencing MS galvanised, any size or type complete all as specifed and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing icluding line wires any mesh size and type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

M&L for cleaning / clearing of vegitation around the installations and disposing off as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install and operate in replacement of MS double wall roll up manual rolling shutter complete with made from interlocking galvalume and insulated, manufacture as per size requirement at site, anti corrosive paint over a one coat of redoxide complete with all accessories and contractor will make the rolling shutter functional in all respect, if anything missed out, the contractor shall provide the same without any extra cost all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing, greasing and overhauling of mannual rolling shutter any size complete including T&P charges, grease and other any parts required at site for functional of rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for stone aggregate 40mm graded spreading and leveling aroung 2 pole/ 4 pole structure where GOD installed including well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Lightening arresters station class complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, suitable for 11000 Volts all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old distempered wall surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and effrosecent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion any tinted complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20.00 above but on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old surface any type of surface wall and ceiling and aopplying 1.5mm thick wall thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/existing plastered surface and applying one coat of weather coat paint @ 0.83 Ltr/10 Sqm over one coat primer @2.20Kg/10Sqm of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thickin CM(1:4) as in backing coat, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300mmx200mmx7mm) in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/coloured cement to match the surface complete all as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors or pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above level) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in level course finished even and rough with out using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stones slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other simlar situations.

M&L for cutting and polishing existing kota stone flooring incl making good to existing flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast interlocking tile any size and shape of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment and vibrated with mechanical vibrator , with 30mm thick crushed sand for cushioning all as directed.
