Providing AMC of 2No 125KVA Engine alternator set with all accessories such as battery charger, battery, control panel MCCBs, MCB, meters and switch gears, silencer, Engine safety devices, meters, Fuel lines, including preventive maintenance and monthly visiting and checking of all accessories such as radiator fan, fan belt, AVR, water level, battery charging dynamo, charger unit, self starter, Control panel, topping up of lub oil, coolant. Replacement spares in case of faults, rewinding of alternator, AVR, control panel accessories excluding replacement of battery set and modbus, AMF Controller by deputing service engineer or mechanic, etc as reqd [Note: Monthly Service report in original has to be submitted duly signed by the Engineer in charge]
Servicing (B-Check) of 1No125 KVA EA Set, complete draining out engine oil from sump i/c replacement of fuel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, refilling of new15W40 grade lube oil, coolant and cleaning of DG set and accessories, applying petroleum jelly on battery terminal posts, checking of V-belts, mounting bolts, coupling, arresting of oil, fuel leakage, test running, recording of lub oil pressure, RPM, Voltage, frequency, checking of radiator water level, topping up of coolant, Radiator fan checking, radiator service etc as required. [Note : (1). 'B' Check original report submitted duly signed by the Engineer in charge. (2). 1st "B Check " to be carried out within 15 days , thereafter every 12 month of DG run hour whichever is earlier. (3). The old removed consumables and spares shall be property of vendor and disposed off on prior intimation to Engineer in charge in accordance to the guide lines]
Supplying and Fixing of 12V 180AH Heavy duty Lead acid sealed maintenance free battery with initial charging, suitable for Genset cranking duty, with Manufacturer warranty of Minimum 24 Months, shall be replaced as per the direction of Engineer in charge including buyback of old battery set as and where basis etc as required.(Make: M/s Exide make ).
