Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water whenever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications.

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) using II class bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of RCC works of plane surfaces mentioned below including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets stiffened with M.S angles

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1½:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC works excluding centering, shuttering, and reinforcement grill but including laying, ramming, curing etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Indian type water closet including all charges etc.

Weathering Course with brick jelly lime concrete to 0.075m thick and Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of New Machine Pressed tiles of approved quality of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar base layer 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of PVC Pipes & Specials

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring Proof ceramic tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed tiles in cement mortar 1:2 mix (One cement and two sand) 10mm. Thick using best quality of glazed tiles of size 15cm x 15cm x 6mm. Including pointing with white cement using 0.40kg Per square metre including finishing the joints and pointing flush with tile surface etc., complete including plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and five sand ) 12mm. thick as base coat for the tiles including scaffolding, setting, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete (Surface Textured) Block Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding M.Sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine M.Sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.
