Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Carting away surplus excavated earth available with in the campus is to be carted to a lead of within 3 KM from site. The rate shall include loading into the tipper/ lorry, transporting and unloading, leveling and the earth scooped by bulldozers grading etc.,complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing & laying spreading & Compacting graded stone aggeragate of size 45mm to 22.4mm, 22.4mm to 2.36mm & 2.36mm to 75 microns to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) -150mm compacted thickness by providing,laying,paving and compacting of aggregate gradtion satisfying table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical parameters as per MORTH table 400-12, mixing in wet mix plant 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site and laid in pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibrator rollers 8-10 tonnee to achieve the desired density 98% of maximum dry density. The rate including the cost & conveyence of all materials, labour charges for spreading, watering, rammed & consolidation and other tools & plants employed for the work etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers as per MORTH specification 406 IV Revision

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ratio of (1 of cement , 4 of M. sand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Providing and Laying M 30 Design Mix for all reinforced cement concrete with minimum cement content conform to IS 456-2000 using ordinary Portland cement of grade 53 from approved manufacturer, manufactured sand, 20 mm and down graded size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement. works for Footings, Grade beam, drain wall & raft , Plinth beams, Column, Grade slab, Roof slab & beam, Column drops, Pergola, Staircase waist and landing slab lintel, Sunshades, parapet Cum drops, Steps, canopy, window boxing slab, Loft, fins facia Planter box, machine foundation, elevation features and other similar structures etc..excluding necessary centering, shuttering and reinforcement which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 550 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing Concrete cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. The rate including cost of all materials, bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks and GI binding wires etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Bitumen pad (12mm Thick) including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete

Providing expansion/contraction joint in pavement with saw cutting machine by cutting with saw cutting machine the joint for a width 4mm and depth 25mm the rate includes all labour charges, tools and plant employed to finish the work neatly, final cleaning of site etc to complete

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below Stilt level

Constructing solid block masonry manhole various size of deep in cement mortar 1:3( 1 Cement: 3 M.sand ) R.C.C. Raft & top slab with cement concrete 1:2:4, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix for base course (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size )above that 150 mm thick RCC M25 raft slab inculding reinforcement 10mm dia 150mm c/c bothways. Plastering inside walls with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ), finished with a floating coat of neat cement ,supplying and fixing SFRC manhole cover with farame of size 600x600 mm , PVC foot rest as per detailed drawing etc the quoted rate shall also necessary excavation and back filling etc complete.complete as per standard design : (the chamber and cover should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
