Design, Manufacture, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical Turbine pump motor unit of specified duty parameters with specified capacity vertical solid shaft TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of following Specifications: i) Type Vertical Turbine, Mixed Flow Pump ia) Make: Kirloskar/WILO/Flowmore/WPIL or Equivalent as approved in EOMs List issued by Superintending Engineer Mechanical Circle I&F Dept. The Job shall also include any modifictions required for proper fitting/alignment of the pumping unit with the existing delivery line.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 120 Sq mm, single core, PVC insulated, un-armoured copper LT power cable confirming to ISI Standards. The cable shall be multi stranded, having sequential marking on outer sheath. Acceptable make shall be Finolex/ L&T/ Havells/ Gloster/KEI/ Polycab or equivalent.

Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning at site 125 HP Cubical and pedestal type Fully automatic Star Delta starter. The starter shall comprise of the following equipment and accessories. a) Main Contactor Assembly 225 Amp AC3 (01 No). b) Delta Contactor Assembly 225 Amp AC3 (01 No). c) Star Contactor Assembly 140 amp AC3 (01 NO) d) Thermal overload Relay of with 132–220-amp Relay range. e) Double vacuum timer assembly having time range of 0-60/sec. f) Single phase preventer. g) Auxiliary fuse units of suitable Ampere range. h) Electrolytic Copper bus bar strips of suitable size of duly tinned air insulated mounted on suitable size backlit insulators. i) 01 no 3 Phase Digital Ampere meter which indicate 0 to 300 Ampere amperage with required attachments. j) One number 3 Phase Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts. k) On/Off push button Switch’s. l) Complete internal wiring of the Control panel for operation of the equipment by using adequate capacity of Single/Multi strand copper wire of standard make. The wiring shall be provided with plastic washers for identification of each wire at various joints. The wiring shall have to complete properly. m) Main 3 Pole MCCB of Suitable Rating. (01 no) n) Cubical Panel fabricated out of 1.5/2.0mm CRCA Sheet with angle 40x5 mm The job further includes P/F of 120 Sq.mm Single core multistrand, PVC insulated copper cable (20mts) with proper thumbing for connecting Starter with the existing electrical circuit/system.
