Dismantling of the existing 50 to 75 mm thick roof treatment concrete bed, mortars, opening the base RCC surface, removing the rubbish and then wire brushing followed by coir brushing and thorough cleaning with water to make the surface absolutely free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, foreign materials etc. Cutting V shaped groove (20 mm wide and 10 mm deep approx) in cracks and between the junction of parapet wall & roof slab and filling the same polimerized mortar
Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing fillet to the juntion of parapet wall as per specs all complete.
Providing and applying 3 coats of Sikatop seal 109 hi including one coat of primer over the surface and cure it properly including all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of EIC.
Providing and laying average 50 mm thick screed concrete laid in 2.5 m X 2.5 m alternative panel made by 12 mm thick wooden ply and sealing the joints of the pannel with Sika flex construction plus Including all complete.
