Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Grade Bitumen (80/100) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, hirecharges of machinery, loading, unloading, stacking etc.,complete, including lead for bitumen. Using VG-10 Grade Bitumen (80/100), On bituminous surface at 0.20kg/sqm & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with Higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by wieght of total mix and filler at 2 percent by wieght of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no 505 complete in all repects including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen, excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness). Grading-II 50-75mm compacted thickness, (b) Using 30/40Grade ( VG-40) Bitumen & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Bituminous Concrete with Waste Plastic:- Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with Higher capacity batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 percent by wieght of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no 507 complete in all repects including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen and with a lead of mixed material upto 1 Km excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness). (ii) Grading 2, 30 - 40 mm compacted thickness (b) Using 30/40 Grade (VG-40) Bitumen] & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC 35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, traffic control, cost of all materials, all labour, lead, lifts, unloading, transporting etc. complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.as per MoRTH specification 806. & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, as per clauses including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 verticalx1.60M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting sthrenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron framework on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shallcleaned,applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frameworks, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8M from ground level as per approved drawing (Excluding cost of lettering)including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.& As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
