S&F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement designer Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down roof trusses coupled rafters or trussed beams including renewal of any defective members ( Renewed members shall be measured and paid seperately) assmbling housing and fixing trusses etc. after repair including tightening up edges cotters and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

( Note: The materials replaced under this item shall be measured and paid seperately as " Supply only" under relevent items of this schedule. The shutter shall be removed carefully alongwith its accessories without damaging the adjacent structure. All the defective parts to be repaired/ replaced under this item shall lay out at site for proper verification and approval of the Engineer in charge and shall be repaired /Replaced only after prior approval of the Engineer in charge. Necessary greasing easing will be done to the appropriate parts/ spares/ fixtures for smooth functioning of the shutter.

Supply only 100mm dia, 450mm long, SWG 'O' high tensile spring, thickness not less than 8mm size conforming to relevent IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only roller of steel pipe ( shaft) heavy duty of size 50mm nominal bore complete all as specified and as directed.
