Dismantling carefully the existing OH line worn out/ defective ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor.

Dismantling existing unserviceable / damaged LT/ HT MS Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable stay assembly by excavation & demolition of PCC (Note: Necessary excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately).

Taking down existing defective LT/HT under ground cable of any size from trenches complete all as directed

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc all as specified & directed.

S&F drop-out fuse unit, expulsion type for out door air break gang operated switch, single pole mounted on and including insulators and jumpers for 11kv working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts and washers etc, systhetic bounded fuse tube complete with line cap suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps all as directed

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement single pole non linear type lightning arrestor having rated voltage 11 KV and discharge current 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts,transmission class with connecting device complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish complete all as specified.

Supply,Laying , jointing and testing underground cable in replacement heavy duty, 11000 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed of 95 sqmm 3 core size.

Supply, Laying , jointing and testing in replacement of LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed of following size:-

a) 3.5 core150 sqmm

b) 3.5 core120 sqmm

c) 3.5 core 70 sqmm

d) 3.5 core 50 sqmm

e) 3.5 core 35 sqmm

f) 3.5 core 25 sqmm

g) 4 core 16 sqmm

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of and 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete HT cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for out door type bus bar chamber fabricated by MS sheet of size 3mm and mounted on MS angle iron frame suitable for 415 Volt 3 phase 4 wire AC supply comprising of Aluminium bus bar of capacity 200Amps installed on epoxy insulators consisting of MCB TPN 63 Amps-01 No & MCB SPN-32 Amps-06 Nos. the bus bar chamber should be dust proof, vermi proof and made out of 3 mm CRCA sheet and mounted on 40x40x6mm angle iron,.door is front opening with locking arrange ment. duly powder coated.

Excavating in post hole size 0.6 Mtr X 0.6 Mtr X 1.95 Mtr depth for installation of HT pole 11 mtr long ,in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

All as item No.32 above but of size 0.6x0.6x1.65Mtr

Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) HT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:1. Excavation and PCC works will be measured and paid separatly in respected items.)

All as item No-34 above but as per IS-2713 Part II type 410SP-31 (09.00 Mtrs Long) .(Note: rate quoted also include the shifting of cable connections, junction boxes & street lights with brackets)

S & F stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm long, 20mm dia, MS/GI stay bow 40 cm length with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm, loop insulation size 65 x 90mm clearance of hole 16 mm & other accessories all as per SSR Part-1, Plate No.1 including necessary MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.(excavation earth work ,PCC work and stay wire will be measured and paid separetaly)

Supply and fix in replacement single disc insulator porcelain viterous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white /brown / green with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts

S&F in replacement shackle type insulators porcelain vitreous, white/brown/green colour for 1100 V grade including Galvanized MS straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts of height 75mm and dia 90 mm confirming to IS 731 of 1971

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc from HT two pole structure and making smooth and even surface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coat of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of two pole structure and writing feeder name 2 " size with white paint on black base all as directed at site

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized earth electro of size 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.25m below GL connected with earth strip 32 x 6 by means of check nuts, bolts, nuts, washers of GI all as shown in plate no. 3 of MES sch. Pt 0I, connected to earthing test point necessary excavation, earth work, PCC, RCC cover, watering by funnel etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete including testing on completion

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.52,177.00/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
