Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system flat plate collector type with heat exchanger Type 1 for cold region Rated capacity 500 LPD complete with Electrical heater back up 6 KW, Stainless steel hot water tank of suitable capacity and make up tank 5 ltrs and connecting inlet and outlet pipe with suitable insulation etc, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bosch or equivalent in Tata BP Solar System, Surya Shakti

S & F 15 mm bore water tubes, medium grade galvanised with all fittings including suitable insulation with O Class Nitrile Rubber of 9 mm thickness with aluminium foil externally and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 2.00 above but for 20 mm bore water tubes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm dia bib tap, brass, chromium plated with capston head and cup washer, scresed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5.00 above but for 20 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cold water storage tank of 1000 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, 3 layered (Cylindrical / vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position, connected to water system complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 CM thick in Soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable including spreading leveling ,punning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality laid flat (length of bricks laid across the length of cable) in tranches for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed..

M & L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm with brocken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new iron or steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in hard / dense soil as in post hoes each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure 2 way 240 volts (single and neutral for MCB), complete all as specified and directed.
