Supply of prefabricated steel structure of gantry as per the drawing provided by RCF Ltd., including detailing,fabricating using M.S. hollow tubular steel sections (Square & rectangular), of TATA 'Structura' Make or equivalent conforming to IS 4923 and of grade 'YST 310' as per specifications ( if the specified section is not available in YST310 but available in higher grade then same shall be used for which this rate shall be valid & no extra pament be made.) , transporting to site including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixingbolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, baseplate, and all necessary fixtures and operations like preheating as perspecifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting by Copper slag Blasting (SA 2.5 ) Including providing and applying paint as following ,1) one coat of Ethyl silicate inorganic zinc primer having DFT 70microns , 2) One coat of Epoxy MIO having DFT 70microns, 3) one coat of finish epoxy paint using two pack polyamide cured epoxy having DFT 40 microns, 4) one coat of aliphatic acrylic polyurethane paint having 40 microns. etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. The rates includes loading , unloading , shifting of gantry pre frabicated structure by Hydra , trailer etc.

Erecting & fixing in position the prefabricated steel structure as directed, at all heights , at all levels including all necessary fixtures/tools and tackles, operations to complete the work in all respect including providing and operating crane/s of required capacity etc complete.

Removing Existing Mangalore tiles / AC / GI / Galvalume Sheets/polycarbonate plain and corrugated sheets from roof / cladding / partitions etc., excluding supporting structure but including scaffolding, handling, transporting, sorting and stacking at site within premises and or disposing etc complete as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels of rolling shutters, grills, gates, fencing, hoardings, including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding, m.s. pipes etc and depositing the dismantled scrap at Scrap Yard within RCF Trombay Factory Premises after weighment at RCF weigh bridge . Payment will be made based on weight mentioned on weighment slip . Crane for this shall be provided under item No. 10

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick Non-asbestos high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement corrugated sheet of approved make conforming to IS: 14871-2000 laying the same in position as per the stipulation in IS: 3007- 1991 using 8m dia polymer coated iron L or J hook bolts, galvanized iron & bituminous washers, galvanized iron clamps, nuts and bolts etc. complete and as directed (Net Area covered by sheeting will be measured. Laps will not be paid separately).Overlaps will not be paid separately. Sheets of 'Charminar' of HIL, ' Greencor ' of RAMCO, 'Hi- Tech' of Everest or equivalent shall be used. Ridges will be paid separately. Minimum 2 hooks shall be provided to each purlin covered by the sheet. Rate includes scaffolding if required from safety point of view. Note: - In case more lead time is required for delivery for Non-asbestos sheets, RCF may provide only sheet material then the rate payable shall be ₹ 239/- per Sq.M.

Providing and fixing ridges / hips of G.I. sheets of 0.63 mm thick ( with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m2) having overall width 60 cm, using 8 mm dia. Galvanised Iron, J or L hook bolts and nuts, plain and bitumen washers or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete. In all case of lesser thickness of sheet or lesser zinc coating rate will be reduced proportionately.

Supplying, fabricating, transporting and fixing as per approved design / drawing 30mm thick G. I. gratings made out of 30x5 mm bearing bar & Frame bar, spaced at 41 mm C/C & Cross bar 12x5 mm spaced at 100 mm C/C. Cross bar to be in 13 mm groove, in the bearing bar. Bearing bar, cross bar and frame bars shall be welded firmly to each other at joints. Bearing bars to be placed along the span i.e. breadth wise including getting those grating planks inspected by client / consultant, transporting to site erecting and fixing in position these grating planks at all heights with necessary G.I. clips / G.I. clamps tack welded for making floors, platforms, stair steps etc. as required at site. providing and applying painting as per direction of EIC (The rate shall include cost of G.I. clips / clamps. The contractor may procure gratings from grating manufacturer approved by EIC. The rate shall also include all charges incurred during inspection and testing): a 86 microns thick hot dip galvanising coat (grating required for staircase, landings, plastform shall be conisidered in this item) If materail is not avail due to short time period RCF may issued materail for which labour charges shall be applicable and rates for fixing shall be ₹ 7000/- per MT

Supply and fixing of Roof Safety Lifeline. Safety harness line as specified by the National Building code,as directed by EIC and roof lifeline should cover entire roof area.Necessary load test certificate shall be submitted.Only Nylon, Polyester or Synthetic Fibre Shall be used.

Hiring of crane of required capacity (Not less than 150 Ton) for dismantling and related works including all required tools, tackles, operator, manpower, fuel, etc. including mobilization and demobilization. Maximum One Shift shall be payable, if extra time required more than One shift then no payment shall be payable for extra time beyond One shift. One shift shall be 10 hrs.
