• Registered office of the Manpower Company / Firm / Agency Adress Proof (Which Issued by Govt. Office)

• Single work order minimum 250 manpower similar nature of work already executed during five financial years

• Minimum Average Annual Turnover of INR 5.00 crore during the preceding last three completed Financial Years. (2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25). Furnish annual audit report.

• PAN No .& GST Registration

• EPF/ESI records or employment contracts and bidders must have minimum payroll staff Not less than 1500 manpower. Attached last three month ECR.

• Bidder should have never black listed by any Govt Depart, Organisation, Agency, Authority or any Public Sector Undertaking owned by the Govt notarized

• Self Declaration from the bidder (Form-I : Undertaking on Total Responsibility)

• Contract labour licence 1970 act not less than 500 manpower.

• Experience providing manpower services. success-fully executed at least one similar work of minimum annual value 2 crore during last five years

• security act licence (PSARA ACT 2011)

• NOC FOR DEBAR

• Registration under 9001:2015 before publish of bid

• Valid Character certificate of all partner /Director /proprietor. Character certificate issued from concerned District SP, should not be older than 6 month.
