WATERPROOFING:Preparing the RCC surface in roof slab, chajjas, terraces, sunken slabs, septic tank, OH tank, raft slab, walls etc. by thoroughly cleaning with wire brush etc. followed by power washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust, oil, grease etc. and allowing surface to dry complete as directed at all levels.

ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT:Pre construction anti - termite treatment in the back fill in immediate contact with the foundation structure after completion, column, wall etc. to a depth of 450mm and width 300mm (when required refill in 200mm thick layers) applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter towards the concrete and masonry walls so as to ensure earth in contact with the structure well treated - with chemical (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete.a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.

Pre construction anti - termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper absorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete.b) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:499 with Premise 350 SC (Imidachloprid 30.5% SC) and water, i.e. 0.07% solution.

Pre construction anti - termite treatment by applying in the junction of walls, column with the floor before laying floor and after operation of item no. 26.1.3 above making a channel 30mmx30mm all over the walls and making rod holes @ 150mm apart up to ground level below and applying emulsion @ 11 litres per square meter of vertical plinth wall surface inside the building so as to soak the soil with the emulsion up to the ground level and refill the holes and channel with the original materials obtained in making channels (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete.a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution

INTERNAL ROADS:Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of MoRTH specifications (with an initial lead of 5 km) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b)Using Grading II material

Providing, laying, sopreading and compacting stione aggregates of specific size to water bound mecadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand-packing, rolling with vibratoy roller8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming Type -A (13.2 mm agg.) screening/binding material to filled up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the reqd. density( with all initial lead of 5.0 Km). By Manual means. Grading II using Screening Type B(11.2mm agg)

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 40 N/m over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm, laid either in stretcher/ running/ herringbone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plat vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint filling sand to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as per drawings and Technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete pavement of approved grade with 20mm down graded stone aggregate over a prepared sub-base including dewatering if necessary, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of construction and expansion joints, plasticiser and curing compound of Fosroc/ Sika/ Choksey/ Degusa and hardener of Recron/ Degusa/ Fosroc; finishing to lines and grades and curing as specified and directed complete (form work and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately). PLINTH PROTECTION WORKS: Providing plinth protection 50mm thick to cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 with coarse agg.of 20mm nominal size including finishing the surface with 10mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:3 with a floting coat of neat cement finished.

Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified.i). 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

FALSE CEILING: Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) M/F Suspended Ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling sections of 0.55 mm thk with knurled web of 51.5 mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c and 12.5 mm thk gypboard fixed to the ceiling sections with 25 mm drywall screws at 230mm c/c. the boards joints are finished with joint paper and two coats of drywall topcoat at all levels including cutting for providing and fixing light fixures whwre ever necessary. and as p[er design.

FENCING WORKS: Supplying, fitting and fixing goat proof wire fencing 1200mm high with horizontal wire spacing at 100mm, 100mm, 100mm, 100mm, 100mm, 100mm,150mm, 150mm, 150mm and 150mm from bottom onwards and vertical wires at 130mm apart, first 3 horizontal wires from top barbed wire apart, first 3 horizontal wires from top barbed wire 12 S.W G.x 2 plies x 4 points x 100 mm apart bottom wire 10 S.W.G. fitted with angle iron posts specified in item no.17.7 above including supplying, fitting and fixing with necessary hooks, bolts and staples etc. and painting one coat to all iron posts etc. with anti-corrosive black paint etc. complete as directed and specified(intermediate and straining post should be placed not more than 4000 mm and not less than 3000 mm apart and all posts embedded in C.C. pillars of size 300mm x 300mm x 600mm in prop 1:3:6).

Supplying , fitting and fixing barbed wire fencing with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S.W.G.x 2pliesx 4 points at 75mm apart including supplying fitting and fixing sawn sal wood posts of 100mmx100mm size struts 1800mm long at 1500mm apart driven at least 600mm under ground with providing 100mmx75mm size struts 1800mm long in corner, straining and end post as necessary including coaltaring two coats in posts and struts and supplying necessary nails, staples etc.complete as directed and specified (the distribution of the barbed wire should be placed at equal intervals for the intermediate except bottom and top which is to be placed at 100mm and 230mm clearance respectively).

CATTLE TRAP:Supplying fitting and fixing M.S. cattle trap fabricated, welde, mitred and jointed as per relevant IS code with ISMB 250 joist spaced not more than 1800mm apart and ISA 65 x 65 x 6 spaced not more than 200mm apart and fixing the same over RCC member / Brick wall complete as specified and directed.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS: Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses fabricated out of combination of any two or all of the following sections (i) Square section (ii) Rectangular Hollow section of specification RSH/SHS and (iii) M.S. circular hlollow section of Grade 210 including purlins, bottom runners and providing M.S. cleat, M.S. angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing ceiling joist as per design complete as directed as per specifications. a) Using TATA make RHS/SHS of Grade 310 conforming to relevant I.S. code 4923 : 1997
