SPL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROADS AT CARIYAPPA ENCLAVE, UNLOADING RAMP AT VD PANAGARH AND INTERNAL ROAD FROM SHED NO. A/8/11 TO A/8/9 AT VD UNDER GE PANAGARH

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm depth exc 50mm and depth n. exc 100mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in filling by power roller exc 8 tones & n exc 12 tone capacity to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 300mm thick in three layers of each 100mm thick in pavings, with mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60% stone dust ) laying in layers , watering, ramming and compacted with vibratory/power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for three layers, 100 mm each & measured as one composite layer of 300mm after rolling.

M&L for 150mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of Granite, trap or basalt of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre by using Paving Bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre by using Paving Bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous, macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen any penetration,laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with mechanical paver . Binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified in SSR and as directed.

M&L for applying 25mm thick mastic asphalt consisting of an intermate homogeneous mixture on mineral filler, well graded fine and coarse aggregate industrial grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS 73 of 2006 cooked at 170 degree to 200 degree centigrade laid hot trowelled and floated by means of wooden float bitumen mastic after spreading and while still hot in plastic condition shall spread over with bituminous precoated fine aggregate of size 20mm @ 0.005 Cum per 10 Sqm mixed with 0.17 Kg per Sqm of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 for antistaciding including all material, labour, tools and plants, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 200mm thick in two layers of each 100mm thick in pavings with mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60% stone dust ) laying in layers , watering, ramming and compacted with vibratory/power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.” Note: Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for two layers, 100 mm each & measured as one composite layer of 200mm after rolling.

M&l for 75mm thick Moorum/Red bajri, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoltion of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with mixture of grey cement and pigments, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with mixture of grey cement and pigments, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for receiving floor finish, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and fair , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, cement concrete cast in situ PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.
