Repair to pot holes exc 30mm depth, not exe 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg / 10 sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) for 7.5 cm thick and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per ten Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size mixed with 5.5% by weight of total of mix of paving bitumen binder content, rolled and compacted (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface power or by hand picking to a depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and area not exceeding 400 Sqm in one stretch including racking over and grading the broken up surface to the proper camber etc. as required.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate (using granite, trape or basalt) of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminious primer (VG-10) at 10 kg per 10 Sqm metres of paving bitumen and applying Bituminious, premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % of paving bitumen binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid with self propelling mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to achieve uniform/ smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for bituminous macadum with hot mix plant using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade @ 4% by weight of total mix transporting the hot mix to work site spreading and laying with a hydrostatic machanical paver and roller to required camber /gradient rolled and compected to smooth uniform surface with vibratory and tandum 8 to 10 tonne (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top road surfaces and applying hot thermo plastic road marking paint including primer for marking white traffic lines 2 mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straight/ curve portion etc in any position. The thermo plastic materials shall be homogeneously compossed of aggregate pigment resins and glass reflector rising beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm or as per manufactures's instructions after heating the paints within temperature limits specified. Making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc and with including cost of all materials and labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for approved earth from outside MOD land and including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30 cm thick watering , ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape n.exc 1.5m high from base complete as in berm filling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MS round delineator 50 mm dia and 700 mm long having 2 No 100mm dia highly reflective reflector made of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50 duly powder coated anti rust and anti theft steel net available in Red/White or Yellow and embedding the same in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - Size of PCC block for embedding delineator shall be 10cmx10cmx15cm and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate of item.

Supply and Fix in replacement Solar stud 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction powered by mono crystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargable battery having view distance 1000 meters LEDs-010mm, 6 pieces for high brightness, 12 hours of continuous lighting at night and can bear upto 25 Ton load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in replacement plastic speed breaker (ABS material) of size 750mm x 250mm x 75mm with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and than fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F in replacement cat eye of dimension 8.10 x 11.56 x 1.7cm, plastic body having two ways reflector with resistant lens including fixing arrangement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement solar delinator with 6 LEDs of red / yellow colour house in plastic body with LEDs, solar cells, battery and light sensors well protected in poly carbonate sheet, device pretected with powder coated wire mesh cage, equiped with solar system mounted over 50 mm dia steel tube post powder coated length 1000mm also having sheet foot to firm grip in the ground. the delineator to have additional reflective bands, equiped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge of 8 to 10 hours including excavation in any strata and embedding in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 30cm x 30cm x 20cm etc including aluminium alloy polycorbonated powder coated MS pipe of size 50 mm dia and 1000mm hight complete all as specified and directed.
