Dismanteling / taking out of existing roof treatment in roofs any thickness including plastering, concrete, padding including brick tiles or terracing tiles (Brick tiles shall be dismantled along with mud phuska) (whether full thickness removed or part there of) any description on horizontal and vertical surface , clean the surface by wire brush to recieve the PCC padding and removed spoil / rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 40 mm thick type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as levelling course in roof tops, for roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces / slabs finished even and smooth without using extra cement with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for filling depressions if any to receive water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately under appropriate item

Material and labour for applying evenly 0.30 ltr per Sqm of bitumious primer over plastered surface on RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepration of surface of RCC roof applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per Sqm complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles bedded on 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 5% by weight of cement and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

Material and labour for Terrazzo tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 20mm thick with grey cement and pigment with size of chips upto 6 mm; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar mixed with WPC @ 5% by weight of cement complete all as specifed and as directed Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surface etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on brick / concrete surfaces as on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubes 15 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specifed and as directed.

26. Material and labour for cuting "V" grooves in brickwalls / stone masonery / RCC wall 75mm wide and 20-30mm deep and filling with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC on vertical surfaces for fixing the edges of water proofing membrane complete all as specified and as direted

Supply and fixing in repair 20 mm dia float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight -210 gms complete all as specifed and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal globe or gate valves for 20mm dia pipes with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 75 mm thick type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking 100 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed, ware, AC, cost iron or reinforced) set in cement mortor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC SWR bends 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
