PROVISION OF 05 FIRE HYDRANTS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT BATHINDA MIL STATION UNDER GE (UTILITY) BATHINDA

Supply & fixing of single headed ISI marked oblique pattern hydrant landing gun metal valve with 80mm dia flanged inlet and 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet with gun metal cap and GI chain twist release type plug and accessories as per IS 13: 5290-1983 (Type-'A') complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and laying MS ERW pipe 150mm with both end flanged and thickness not less than 4.5mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - During execution of this item any drain wall, road etc, required for repair the same shall be repair by contractor without any extra cost. No misunderstanding shall be entertained on later stage.

Supply and fix MS ERW pipe 100mm with both end flanged and thickness not less than 4.5mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - During execution of this item any drain wall, road etc, required for repair the same shall be repair by contractor without any extra cost. No misunderstanding shall be entertained on later stage.

Supply & fixing non-perciolating flexible hose (RRL type 'A') ISI marked 63 mm dia and 15.00 Metre long with instantaneous type gunmetal/SS IS marked male & female coupling (IS;903) bound and revelled to hose pipe with copper rivets and 1.5 mm copper wire complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Pressure gauge 4'' dial 0-14 Kg rating complete with fixing accessories as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in Cast Iron butterfly valves of size 100 mm dia ISI marked PN 1.6 complete all as directed.

M&L Outdoor type lockable hose cabinet suitable to house 2 Nos. of 15 m RRL hose and 2 Nos. of branch nozzles, of size 800 X 600 X 250 mm, made of 18 gauge MS sheet with double door with 4 mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted two coats of fire red outside and brilliant white inside over a coat of primer, having "HOSE CABINET NO." painted on the inner face of the glass in 50 mm size block letter, including fixing on angle iron frame of size 40 mm X 6 mm & the cost of break glass box containing the key of the cabinet complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

S & F branch pipe, conforming to IS 903: 1993, having 63 mm instantaneous gunmetal/SS inlet, made threaded outlet 15 mm bore nozzle, suitable for inter connection to hose pipe coupling complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old steel and iron surface of any description and applying one coat of synthetic red enamel paint, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and not n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard dense soil including grading and ramming bottom surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for laying pipes and fittings.
