S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked ( IS:9537 P - II ) rigid steel conduit with wall thickness according to IS Specified along with ISI marked (IS:14768 P-II 2003) accessories in recessed using saddles, clamps, fasteners, pvc bushes, check nuts, as required including cutting jhiris in the wall and making good the same as required. SITC of UL 10th edition / EN54 / VDS certified Automatic Floating Sensitivity type Analog addressable Multi criteria (two optical/Smoke sensor to reduce false alarm) detector with mounting base & LED etc. as required. SITC of UL 10th edition / EN54 / VDS certified Rate of Rise Heat Detectors (Thermal Detectors):GRADE-I Analouge Addressable type Heat Detectors with solid state design with sensing element combination of fixed type and rate of rise of temperature mounting base & LED etc. as required. SITC of UL 10th edition / EN54 / VDS certified Microprocessor based inteligent, Analogue addressable,modular, expandable networkable loop Fire Alarm Control Panel with each loop capacity of min 125 detectors per loop with total of 125 detectors & devices with Loop length up to 1 KM as per NFPA 72 approval. The Panel shall be able to give pin point location of addressable units via the address code for each unit. The Panel shall also be able to automatically switch off all control switches when-ever any Alarm is triggered. . The panel shall have 230 + 5 % volts power supply, Automatic battery charger 24V, sealed lead acid maintanence free battries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during emergency condtion. Loop interface cards, communication module, LCD/LED unit to indicate Fire / Fault Signal of individual unit, inbuilt networking port(both RS485&Ethernet),Serial port for printer,two supervisory inputs,two position key switch and USB port for programming.including the cost of all accessories Etc. as required. 1 - Loop Panel

Supplying and drawing Fire Resistant flexible / stranded bare copper conductor, PVC / XLPE insulated, overall aluminium mylar tape shielded ATC drain wire and outer PVC sheathed industrial Instrumentation (shielded)cables voltage grade 300/500 V as per BS /EN 50288-7 in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping / Cable tray / Open Duct making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supply & Fixing of CO2 type Fire Extinguisher conforming to IS:15683:2018, charged with CO2 gas (purity 99.7% conforming to IS 15222), Powder coated Internal & External Surface Manganese steel ISI marked as per IS 7285 cylinder body , Wheel type Forged brass release valve ISI Marked as per IS 3224 with Inbuilt safety release device ((Fusible plug and Rupture Disc Type), 1.0 Mtr. Metal wire braided hose having minimum bursting pressure of 140 Kgf/cm2, Horn with metallic thread connection, QR code for Product Traceability, including Fixing on wall with suitable Anchor Fasteners as required of following capacity. Test Certificates of all the Parameters along with Hydro test & Burst test (For Cylinder Body) Certificate from OEM / External NABL Accrediated Lab is to be submitted. Supply & Fixing of Dry Powder Agent (as per IS 4308:2019), ABC type Fire Extinguisher (Stored Pressure type) conforming to IS:15683:2018 , Powder coated Internal & External Surface Deep drawn cylinder body of Mild Steel CR2 grade conforming to IS: 513, Squeeze grip Forged brass release valve with Inbuilt safety release device, Diaphragm Type, 0 to 28 bar range pressure gauge, 450 mm long EPDM discharge tube, QR code for Product Traceability including Fixing on wall with suitable Anchor Fasteners as required of following capacity. Test Certificates of all the Parameters along with Hydro test & Burst test (For Cylinder Body) Certificate from OEM / External NABL Accrediated Lab is to be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

Providing and fixing signages as per required content printed on photoluminescent U1000 aluminium sheet of 1.0 mm (+-10%) containing Lumigen II as base chemical, covered under UV stablized coating with suitable colour combination (Glow in dark) with high intensity properties for indoor surface glow visibility not less than 6 hrs. in total darkness and of appropriate size including fixing on wall, door, ceiling etc. with proper clamps, hangers, cleats, anchor fasteners etc. complete in all respects required.
