Earth work excavation in hard gravelly soil. Stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, Murram, gravel, stoney earth mixed with small size boulders etc., complete as per standard specification.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial llift of 2.0m in soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock (or) kankar not requiring blasting, as per standard specification, etc., complete.

plain cement concrete in CC 1:3:6, using 20mm HBG metal for padding concrete including cost of cement, all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification etc., complete.(Without formwork)

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 ½ :3 mix using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for Raft concrete including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete. (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement and formwork.)

plain cement concrete in CC 1:2:4, using 20mm HBG meta for retaining wall including cost of cement, all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification etc., complete.(Without formwork)

Providing steel reinforcement MS/RTS rods up to 16 mm dia for reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift as per standard specification, etc., complete

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits for retaining wall work including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Plastering CM 1:5, 12mm thick for cable trench slab including cost of cement, and all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Disposal of surplus earth away in low lying area with a lead of 100mts including spreading and levelling, labour, lead, lift transporting charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of 75mm dia 4 Kg/Cm2 PVC pipe for weep holes and waste water drain pipe including cost of pipe, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Supplying plantation of Trees and watering for 3 months in alternate days including cost of trees, T&Ps, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Filling of 40mm metal for dispersion trench including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site
