Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of pipe 15mm bore or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of pipe 20mm bore or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of debris/rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for breaking/dismentling, cleaning of loose concrete, replacement of corressive reinforcement, filling plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-0 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate using approved bonding chamical (from Fosroc/STP/Sikka/ Dr. Fixit) at places like chajja, sunshades, roof projection, fascia, beams, columns etc including necessary scafolding, formwork (upto G+2 floor) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid for seperately.

S&F Box type Steel windows and ventilators comprised of tubular frame and shutters made out of 1.25mm thick MS steel tube factory made with double side shutters wire gauged shutter & glass glazed shutter with side hung shutters with steel handle and steel peg stay dovetailed or welded including 2 Nos tower bolts 150mm long for each leaf and 8mm square bar grills at spacing as shown on drg welded to FI frame work, including other fittings, hinges, handles, tarred hold fasts, PCC blocks (1:2:4 type 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including wire mesh and plain/ frosted glass & two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of red oxide primer etc. all as shown on drg No CEPZ /TD-354/09 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed.
