Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force 2) Item No.1.00 will not be applicable for the locations/areas where item No.2.00 is applicable.

Dismantling , Removing , carefully concrete work by low impact hammer , breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork including scaffoldong where ever required and disposal of debris etc complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for drilling and fixing teflon nozzles in RCC members, including Drilling holes d: Drilling 12mm dia , 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or as directed by the consultant in RCC structural element . Cleaning of holes clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of nozzles : insert 12mm dia Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensue complete sealing. Cure the sysem for min 12 hrs . Cutting of nozzels : Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Injecting low viscostity (3-5cps) high moleclar weight by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of material as : mixing of material components quantities as per manuacturers instruction by weigh batching, Grouting : Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrison inhibitor EPCO-KP-100 of KRISHNA CONCEM or equivalent. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor : Maintain the pressureat exit (2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoing pressure guage at exit . Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat for all the nozzles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Injecting with low viscosity epoxy grout EPCO-KP-250 of Krishna Conchem or equivalent all as per manufacturar instruction , mixing shall be done by mechanical means. Injection of approved /specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 kg/cm2 etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.]

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.

Providing and fixing additional steel bar in various structural elements like columns, beams and slab etc, including drilling , bending and fixing the bars tyling with prefelt binding wires etc, complete steel provided on the basis of 1percent of volume of concrete. Acchoring reinforcement bar in existing RCC member in holes of minimum 10d depth for 8 to 12mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, upto 20mm thickness while the bonding agent is still tacking, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for 10 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces including finishing surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed Make: Easy Plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or readyplast from Ultratech” Note: (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) This item shall be operated only for the locations where the thickness of existing adjoining plaster is to be matched

M&L for 5 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M&L for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two layers (12 + 8 mm) on the wall surfaces, top layer of 8 mm mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) WPC shall be paid for separately.

M & L for preparation of existing water proofing treatment and providing and laying ShaliUrethane BTD of STP Ltd / Smart care PU magnum of Asian Paint or equivqalent, PolyUrethane based for water proofing tratment using high elongation based (>500%) liquid applied elastromeric water proofing membrane with separate wearing course as per ASTM C-836, Thickness of the membrane shall be 1.5mm incl reinforcement. After surface cleaning prime the surface with mixture of Shali Urethane BTD: water 50:50 ratio and apply @ 400gm@ Sqm. After complete drying the surface has to be dampended with coating. Subsequently apply 2 coats of ShaliUrethane BTD by brush or roller on prime surface @ 1Kg/Sqm to get required thickness with non woven FG reinforcement surface complete all as per manufacturer instruction all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes , water pipes (any size or pattern ) including all fittings, balance under credit ( measure overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories ) all as specified and directed.
