INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm two way, single handle, bib cock with flange Bib taps, fancy type, chromium plate cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 15 mm bore angle cocks, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed but fancy type chromium plated all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door type, when MCBs to be used TPN vertical load line MCCB incomer with 12 ways including blanking plate as required with 200 Amps rated busbar, 415 volts fixed sunk/ flush to the wall or niche etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia 1.20m long, bent to shape with suitable size mild steel clamps of size 50 x 6mm with nut, bolt and washers as required at site for fixing of street light pole/wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting and tapping of existing 80mm and inserting for new connection of size 25mm including reducers required if any complete all as specified and as directed.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase, wall mounted, copper wounded, air cooled with digital display designed for input variation between 160 volt to 260 volt with output voltage 220 + 9% Volt with calibration accuracy +3% with high low cut-off, intelligent time delay facility

Supply and fix AC box 25 Amps three pin socket with one 25 Amps SP MCB complete all as specified and directed

FIRE FIGHTING & FIRE ALARM SYSTEM Supply install testing commissioning of electric driven fire pump horizontal end suction centrifugal type CI casing and bronze impeller stainless steel shaft suitable for delivering 900 lpm, with maintaining min pressure of 3.5 Kg/ Sqcm, 2900 RPM all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel flanged pipe 100mm nominal bore (NB) heavy duty (C Class) duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer fixed to multi storied building etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix standard short size with gun metal nozzle 15mm/ 12.5mm branch pipe with gunmetal nozzle outlet with standard male instantaneous spring lock type 63 mm dia gun coupling arrangement with straight stream stray shut off and trigger type handle (branch pipe and nozzle shall be ISI marked with IS 903 of 1985) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix first aid hose reel box made of 2 mm thick MS sheet, conforming to IS : 884-1985 comprising of and including hose reel guide full swing drum with fixing bracket, suitable for housing 20mm bore 30 meter long high pressure braided rubber hose tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 63 mm dia 15 meter long hose reinforced rubber lined (RRL) type "A" ISI marked (IS-636) woven jacketed hose pipe fungus resistant tested to bursting pressure 32 Kg/ Sq Cm complete with and including gun metal male and female instantaneous type machine wound with GI wire. Coupling conforming to IS 903 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm bore hand operated cast iron butterfly valve of pressure not less than 15 Kg/Sqcm with complete set all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pressure gauge 100mm dia with brass ball valve of pressure 25 Kg/ Sqcm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cast iron non return valve 100mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix brass ball valve 25mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fire alarm sounders/ sirens electronic type horizontal single stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db measured at 1.5m with sound output variation + 5 db 500m range all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix manual call point resettable type all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring complete with and including 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor cable, single core, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including mild steel conduit of suitable size including accessories etc as required and fixed on walls and 1.5 sqmm PVC multistranded copper conductor cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated cable and one run of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of mild steel conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made CPRI approved LT panel board 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 250 Amps capacity outdoor cubical type LT distribution switch gear and control gear, leg mounted, totally enclosed, cubical type modular compartment, dust and vermin proof IP-54 with neoprene gasket, fabricated out of CRCA sheet of thickness not less than 3.15 mm complete with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x50x6mm with cable chamber for incoming and outgoing connections comprising for the following including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.20 Mtr height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the pedestal and connecting all incoming and outgoing cables all as specified and directed.

Note: (a) Aluminium bus bar four wire system 415 Volts mounted on porcelain heat shrinkable insulator & sleeves suitable for 400 A for phases and 200 Amps for neutral.
