Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500 LPH Complete fully automatic RO Plant for Hemodialysis machines at SDH Kralpora and SDH Kangan as per Technical Specifications.

Raw water storage tank (2000 liter) allied works. Pipe fittings along with necessary valves in PPR etc. with specifications as per Annexure A. This Job further Includes fixing and installation of drainage pipe of 80mm diameter to carry water seepage (if any) from plant room to proper location.

SITC of 5kVA UPS System along with 5kVA Servo Stabilizer, Cabling, and all accessories as per technical specifications.

Door Entrance for Dialysis-Machine Room. This Job Includes dismantling of existing Brick work of 24cft. And disposing of dismantled material up to the lead of 50m or at proper place. Further the job includes finishing of the wall surface around the door upto proper dimensions.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors as per site requirements with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work: Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar of 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including curing for closing wall openings around in the aluminum door.

Cement plaster of all the brickwork in fine sand of 15mm thickness in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) mix, including curing. Further Job includes Providing and laying of vitrified wall tiles of approved brand, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) including grouting with white cement mixed with the pigment of matching shade. The shade of the tiles shall be decided by the site engineer.
