Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP:PWD., specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lilts and other incidentals.

consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP:PWD., specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lilts and other incidentals.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads and lifts spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 (Grading-1) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN ( eighty to hundred )weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetra as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg.( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm(Twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of 13.2mm (thirteen point two millimetre ) to 5.6mm ( five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 grade to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static capacity road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat Type B as per technical specification clause 508 including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lilts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 508 VG-30 bitumen at the rate of 6.8 kg. ( six point eight kilogram) premix with 0.06cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 10 sqm. (per ten square metre ) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lift and other incidentals.
