PETTY REPAIRS FOR ATTENDING DAY TO DAY EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY AND ELECTRIC COMPLAINTS AT NODAL POINT II AREA AND COD AREA IN THE AOR OF AGE U WATER SUPPLY NO 1 UNDER GE U WATER SUPPLY DELHI CANTT 10

Amount

Attending day to day external water supply complaints of all nature i.e. leakage in water supply pipe lines, fittings/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply complaints in COD Depot area, Nodal point-II area and adjoining area as per complaint register etc complete all as specified and directed.

Attending of Electric supply complaint of day to day maintenace of existing LT Panels including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation ,electrical fitting with lights , short circuits in Pump house as per complaint register complete all as specified and directed.

Notes 1 :- The labour component for fixing the materials is deemed to be included under Ser items No 1 & 2 here-in-before and no extra payment will be made to contractor on this account

Notes 2 (for Ser No 03 to 14) : - The rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for the following. :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of matric qualified having minimum 03 years experienced electrician/Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge (ii) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 200/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues. (iii) In case , after checking & attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

(iv) While attending the complaint of water supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'. However , no extra payments shall be made for dewatering. (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fittings and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective items of sch A. (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (vii) The Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench, Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc ,as required at site. (viii) The Electrician shall always in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth Tester, Multimeter , Crimpling tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site.
