Design, supply, install, testing & commissioning passanger lift, speed 1.0 metre/sec with single speed motor, 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply, conforming to IS-14665 and as amended up to date, suitable to serve - (1).suitable for G+03, travel height 10.8 meter, no of stops 4(G,1,2,3) (2).suitable for 544kg/08 PASSENGERS (3). dimensions:- head room-4500mm,pit depth-1400, shaft dimension-1580 mm X 1800mm, car dimension (1100mmX1300mmX2100mm, WxDxH), CAR DOOR SIZE- 800mmX2000mm. (4). car door type-Door left opening, 2 panels. (DOOR TYPE-Fermator compact). (5).Landing door fire protection classification- EN-81-58 E120. (6). DRIVE POWER 3.7 KW (7) No of trips per hr-120 (8).Installation method Scaffoldless with hoisting device. with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/ without attendant, sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (03 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) complete all as specified. Note:- (1) Groups I of list of makes shall be followed (2) Pre- commissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer (3) Pre- commissioning test by “LIFT INSPECTOR” of state government as per policy shall be carried out quoted rates are deemed to be included in the quoted rates (4) Any maintenance/replacement of any items during 02 years of defect liability period will be borne by the contractor. (5) The cost of A.R.D unit with suitable maintenance free dry batteries should be deemed to be included in unit rate for passenger lift quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fixing for sub main wiring Four single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 10 Sqmm multi -strand copper conductor drawing in steel concealed conduit of 25mm dia with 10 Sqmm single core PVC copper conductor cable as in earth wire system, including taking out old wiring complete all as directed. Note 1:Chasing and cementing work included in quoted rates Note 2 : four runs of 10 sqmm cable alongwith single run of 10 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length).

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode, 600x600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal level) connected to 20x3mm copper strip by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I. Connected to earthing test point testing complete including necessary earth pit chamber PCC 1: 3: 6 type C1, and 50mm thick RCC 1 : 2: 4 chamber cover and with 8mm dia mild steel re-enforcement of 15 cm c/c spacing both ways with a handle made of 8 mm bar for lifting, galvanised iron funnel, wire mash watering pipe GI 20 mm dia light grade, and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 25 mm dia up to 7.5m from the earth plate electrode, excavation, charcoal and common salt mixed refilling of soil etc complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix of copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm on PVC/ porcelain insulator at suitable distance with saddles and fixing screw etc for roof/ Wall conductors and down conductors above ground all joints of copper strip should be brazed properly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MCCB , TPN, 240 Volt, 125 amp with suitable size metal encloser including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed. (Note: MCCB should be B or C curve as directed by engineer in charge)

Comprehensive maintenance of lift installed under this CA in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + 3 floors (total four landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all type of mechanical and electrical items, governor sleeve, gears, gear shaft assembly, bearings, brake contact, brake shoe liner, brake magnets, governor jaws, sheave or main rope, trailing cable, speed governor rope, all type of electric motors, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and ali other car and landing signal / fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, wire, lugs, nut, bolts, screws, hand rails, light luminaries, ventilating fan, hooter, lubricant, gear oil, aircord, rollers, landing wheel, aircord wheel, rubber bush, rail guide shoe, infra red door sensors, automatic door operating system, travelling cables, ARD, SMF batteries, car doors, landing gates, door cills, intercom system, CVT, all types of control panel PCBs, transducers, transformers, rectifires, phase sequence corrector & single phase preventer, relays & cards etc and all machine works i.e. welding, cutting, drilling etc as and when required incl sunday and holidays, during 1st year after completion of defect liability period, complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Comprehensive, preventive, periodical maintenance after completion of defects liability period and attending day to day complaints for smooth functioning of lifts/elevators (01 No) installed at 660 Air Op mentioned here-in-under:- Note :- (i) Comprehensive maintenance will start only after completion of 02 years of defect liability period, complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Any maintenance/replacement of any items during 02 years of defect liability period will be borne by the contractor

All as per Item No 06 here-in-before but during 2nd year after completion of defect liability period of two years, complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

All as per Item No 06 here-in-before but during 3rd year after completion of defect liability period of two years, complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Note for item Nos 6 to 8 : - (Comprehensive maintenance) (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM of existing lifts. Please also refer Sch 'A' notes. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given in particular specifications from OEM of Lift within three days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM (Lift/ elevator manufacturer) of existing Lifts and copy of the agreement and along with invoice copy will be submitted to Engineer-in Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/ lift. (v) Scope of AMC shall include repair replacement of machines, motors, generator door ropes, inverter/ ARD system, PCBs belt rollers, gears, bearing, coil chock, break shoe, relay coil pushbutors door operating system etc Following items are not included: Replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, hoist way door panels, door frames, cills, car flooring, floor covering, lighting fixtures, celling light bulbs and tube, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydraulic jack outer casing, burried piping. alignment of elevator guide rails,smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors,sheave rim,hoist rope & ARD battery and cabin fans. (vii) The OEM will also detail one technical staff to inspect the litt every week, regarding its functioning operation or any other issue arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be addressed immidately in case no technician is detailed, penality as described in subsequent clauses will be deducted from the payment. Technician shall always carry service tool along with him during each weekly visit. (vili) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ix) All existing earthing of the lits shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction all as specified and directed
