Material and labour for painting of EOT crans installed above the height of 5.0m from working level, thoroughly cleaned of all dirt, grease, scale and rust by shot blasting or chemical cleaning methods, removing old paint from EOT cranes and attachments parts such as double girders, motors, crane rail, Gearbox cabinet, LT panel board and all moving parts. A single coat of primer shall be given to all parts exposed to the weathering effects and two coats of paint as approved by GE for indoor/outdoor cranes shall be given on all primer painted surface. The bright exposed parts of the crane shall be given one coat of rust inhibitor. Interior of all gear boxes shall be painted with one coat of oil resisting paint. Writing the Technical details of respective crane as per existing data available on each cranes with paint as approved by GE, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Spray painting of DG sets , Alternator , Panel ,diesel tank and base frame etc. with one coat of synthetic enameld paint as per MES colour code after cleaning of old painted surface rubbing of old paint and making surface for paint etc complete all as directed by EIC for the following capacity DG set.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts of 01 No in 13 BRD Tech Area of Ground+1 Floor (Total landings) with electric power operated doors, auto clectric levelling device of capacity 08 passengers / 544 Kgs, electrically operated with automatic doors, installed at comn lab , 13 BRD Tech Area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: THYSEN Note for Ser Item No .61 : (a) The The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the following: (i) Greasing & oiling to all mechanical parts, ARD maintenance, top up of hydraulic oil, steel ropes, checking of cabin movement, door movement etc. (ii) Replacement of spare parts like ARD, ARD batteries, mother board, control panels (both inside and outside lift), LEDs, push buttons, switches, door locks, door drives, steel rope, car drive parts, ceiling lights and fans and all other parts as and when found defective. (iii) Technician/ Supervisor/ Service Engineer charges as and when services are provided. (b) The job has to be carried out on Monthly basis and test reports to be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Ser Item No. 94:- (a) The above maintenance item includes complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as require for smooth and effcient functioning of the equipment/lift. Cost of all spares items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The maintenance of lift shall be done through (OEM), the tenderer has to submit intent of MOU within fifteen days of acceptance of tender failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be excuted at risk & cost of the contractor. Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-charge and GE before commencement of AMC. no payment shall be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (c) The contractor/OEM will provide mechanic and this mechanic shall be available round the clock i.e. 24 hrs for emergency break down attendance and rescue of trapped persons all as directed by Enginr-in-Charge. (d) The contractor shall obtain signature of Authorized Representative of GE and in token of satisfactory completion of defects. Any minor complaint requiring no spare part, shall be rectified within 2 hour & if requiring minor parts, shall be rectified within 4 hrs. Any major complaint requiring major spare part/repair, shall be rectified within 48 hours. In case delay in rectification of any minor complaint, a panel recovery @ Rs 100/- per hour shall be imposed upon the Contractor & in case of delay in major repair of the lifts for more than 48 hours & up to 10 (Ten) days, penalty on the Contractor for a sum of Rs. 2000/- per lift per day. (e) Passenger lift Qty 01 Nos PMC (Health Checkup Machines) replacement parts initial to be cost included this Job and no extra cost shall be paid by the govt on this account.

Comprehensive maintenance contract visit for lean lift 250kg, Qty 3 Nos(3 Lean Lift) in 27ED Palam by Expert Engineer of the firm of MOU as per Sch-'A' Notes including servicing, overhauling & repair if any required with replacement of all unserviceable parts to keep full functional throughout the month complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE : NEELKAMAL Note:- (i) The lift shall be maintained in serviceable condition through out the contract period (ii) Contractor shall provide MOU with the firm as specified in Sch'A' Notes for maintenanace support of Lean lift of capacity 250Kg for 11 Months within 15 days of date of commencement of the contract. If any item required for maintenance of lean lifts is not under scope of MOU that item shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost for above said MOU period. (iii) Comprising of regular servicing of lifts to keep the lifts in a serviceable/ functioning condition. iv) Engineers attending to maintenance of lean lift shall have expert credentials with relevent certification and the same shall be provided for inspection before attending to lift complaints. (v) Lean lift Qty - 3 Nos PMC (Health Checkup Machines) replacement of parts initial cost included this job and no extra cost shall be paid by the govt on this account. (vi) The contractor shall obtain signature of authorized representative of GE and in token of satisfactory defects.
