Laying and Termination of following size control cable in trench/cable trays from different control room equipment to 132&33 KV Isolator, circuit breakers CT/PT & their junction boxes. Transformer marshaling box. Isolator box & other outdoor equipment’s installed in 132/33 KV switch yard as per cable schedule with ferruls and lugs . Including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work.

Termination of control cable

Painting & Earthing of equipment’s by cutting straightening, bending, laying 700mm below ground and above ground of following size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment’s structure. Transformer body and its neutral point including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling. All other associated work as required to complete the work(MS flat will be provided by UPPTCL).

Erection of 63 MVA Transformers

Shifting of 63MVA Transformer main tank from unloading site to transformer plinth at 132KV S/S Vaishali approx. distance 20mtrs

Complete, erection of new 63 MVA T/F work includes erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T /F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associated work for completion of job satisfactorialy.

Earthing of main tank of new 63 MVA T /F by using M.S. flat 50X6 / 75X10 mm size, it’s jointing with already laid earth mat / Deltas. Neutral bushing support for its earthing work.

Erection of new RTCC panel of this new 63 MVA T /F in control room at 132KV S/S VAISHALI

Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through PVT. centrifuging machine and taking the BDV/Water Content (PPM) value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved .Approx. 22KL per T/F

Pre charging testing of Transformer with duly calibrated instruments along with proper submission of test reports including but not limited to following tests: 1. WRM 2. Turns ratio measurement 3. Tan Delta 4. SFRA 5. PIR tests

Dismantling of 40 MVA Transformers

Dismantling of 132/33KV, 40MVA Transformer at 132KV Substation Vaishali by dismantling the accessories, radiator, marshaling box etc

Loading, Carriage and Unloading for 63 MVA Transformers

Loading of 63 MVA T/F main tank along with accessories, making the wooden sleeper plate from jacking the T/F tank up to trailer height placing the rail under T/F tank and shifted up on trailer, removed the rail under T/F tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bad with the help of steel rope and turn buckle.

Carriage of 63 MVA T/F tank from 220 KV Sub-station Sec-129 Noida to 132 KV Sub Station Vashali & carriage of all accessories by Pvt. Truck / Multi Axle Trailer . Distance about 30 Km.

Opening of latching of main tank of 63 MVA Transformer loaded on Trailer jacking the tank for packing the rail under the T/F tank and shifting it of wooden to plate form, Removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank and unloading of various Transformer accessories of above 63 MVA T/F like oil filled drums, bushing conservator tank, cooling fan etc. from Track/ Trailer at site 132 KV S/S Vaishali.
