Material and labour for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing maintenance free earthing based on 6 mtr, set of three pure copper electrode pipe of 76 mm bore(ID) with wall thickness of 3 mm, interconnected in grid with distance of each electrode 2.5 mtr minimum including excavation/Earthwork in rock soil, duly fixed with connector at top connection of copper strip 20x 3 mm ( strip in pipe type electrode )and copper pipe electrode shall be filled with MFC for improvement of conductivity of electrode, 120 KGS approx of BFC shall be filled around the copper pipe elecrode ,including providing FRP pit cover of size 250 mm at top ,330 mm at bottom and 260 mm in height capable to withstand minimum 2 ton driving load.Rate included for testing,commisioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed. Vendors are bound to get earthing result less than or upto1 Ohm with grid of earthings. Copper strip required to interconnection of earth pits in grid must be laid 01 ft below the ground level and the same must be treated with chemical (BFC) if required to achieve resistance value.Rate is included for boring of earthing in any type of soil/rock upto 200 mm bore.Continuity of good earth resistance shall maintained upto 1 year and testing will be carried out by MES authority and contractor's rep after completion.Copper strip must be connected with copper pipe electrode and other joints with exothermic joints complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge Note:- (i) Earth strip for grid network and from top connector of electrode to test point and further connection to LT panel/AF equipments/ for grid of earthing shall be measured and paid separately. (ii)Any additional electrodes/material required to get result less than 01 Ohm will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply & Lay copper strip 20 x 3 mm with saddle and fixing screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor barried in ground & wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F DMC porcelain insulators of size 20x3 mm T type with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper strips on walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm depth , drilled , cutting upper & lower portion for incoming & outgoing including double insulators mounted in & including M.S. sheet box with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay and jointing tubing medium grade galvanised iron pipes, ISI marked with all fittings such as bends ,tees,elbows,nipple ,unions, short pieces ,sockets, clamps etc fixed to walls ceiling or laid on floor roof etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. a) 15 mm dia bore

b) 20mm dia bore

S&F Gun metal globe 20 mm dia bore or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded water storage tank ( cylinderical / vertical/ or flat type with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with all connection such as in let,out let,air vent pipe overflow etc all as specified and directed of cap 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferruleand fixed of size 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Supply and fix stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipes or for union of following sizes 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for GI elbow and GI plug with 10 mm hole in GI plug complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for present cement concrete block masonary with solid block exc 10 cm in width and build in cm 1:6 using 1:3:6 mix type CI using 20mm graded aggregate for platform/staging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cuddappa stone slab 40 mm thick one side polished and placed on PCC block masonry to keep the water tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 on PCC block masonary or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of GI tubing / taking out of GI tubing and getting out in complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) Soft / loose soil.

(b) Hard / dense soil.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil material n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
