SCH 'A' PART-I : PAVER BLOCKS FOOT PATH Surface exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made kerb stone approved shape rubber moulded M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without groove including making drainage opening with PVC pipe wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks, straight or curved in half brick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, riser plate form, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded of any shape and size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floor or in foundations incl. watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming including prepration of new and old stone / concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and deposing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II : ROAD SIDE FURNITURE Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded Stone Aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S&F plastic and metal rumble of size 250mmx400mmx53 mm weighing 1300 gms with working temperature minus 10 degree centigrade, made of UV stabilised ABS alloy, yellow and black coloured, moisture resistant, crack resistant with acrylic reflective tape fixed in front and back for better visibility having a load capcity of 70 Ton and no colour fading for at least two years, fixed with epoxy and four Nos bolt in holes for anchoring complete all as specified and directed. Make Spark eye, Model No SE 702/SE 720/SE 728 with corresponding specifications or make : Dark eye or equivalent.

S&F SS pipes of any size (round/square/rectangular) and confirming to grade SS 304 including fixing in required diameter, shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing ACP(Aluminium Composite Panel) Sheet 3 mm thick assorted B-Grade of approved colour for exterior including fixing in required diameter ,shape and size covered with high intensity retro-reflective sheeting laminated on face side,Light enhancement sheet of Rectangular/Circular or any shape with translucent vinyl thickness film ,adhesive type and colour on the face including 150 mm to 300 mm size vinyl lettering as required with direction signs ,logos etc over it in different colours fixed/embedded over ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cats eye size 100mm x 100 mm x 20 mm unbreakable made of polycarbonate weighting 180 gms with working temperature minus 10 degree centigrade to plus 70 degree centigrade. Red & Yellow/Blue & Green colour and solar battery with operating voltage 24V D/C or 220 V A/C. Super luminosity six Nos LED lights provided in each side at the rate 60 to 100 times flashing rate per minute with 500 mtr visibility fixed with two components glue or filling material such as epoxy complete all as specified and directed. (Make Spark eye, Model No SE-519 or Make : Dark eye or equivalent).

S & F in repairs cat's eye pavement marker minimum size 101mm x 89mm x 18.5mm of tough poly carbonate lens, working exclusively on microprismatic lens type technology with reflective lens size 69.34mm x 23.85mm approx, to be fixed epoxy resin adhesive after cleaning the surface, two-way reflective complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix traffic convex mirrors of size 800mm dia, unbreakable, having clear and difinte mirror image with upper case coller, provided with suitable clamps made of mild steel flat iron with nut& bolts. The complete set shall be fixed on MS pipe 65mm dia(MG) 2.00 metre long duly painted with powder coated paint in white colour and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00 mtr height, 75 mm dia (Mild steel) metal tabular delinator provided with two Nos 150mm type 8 reflective bands & three Nos 25 mm small reflective bands in between them and it should be covered with wire mesh. MS tubular pipe mounted on hold fast of MS strip or can be fabricated and fixing on the road according to the requirements complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Spark Eye, Model No SE 617 or Make : Dark eye or equivalent).
