Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking. Lime, moorum, building rubbish upto 6 km lead.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately): 12 mm thick.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Twin rubber stopper.

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness, frame will be mitred & Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mmx 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Decorative finish (both side wood grained finish)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 1000x1000 mm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent.

Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Providing & fixing in position 3mm thick Aluminum composite panels in external face, column/wall cladding and canopy ceiling of approved make comprising virgin polyethylene core sandwiched between two skins of 0.25mm thick. Fixing of surface cladding to masonry/concrete faces/steel structure as called for (straight/slope and curvilinear profile and shapes), fixed on appropriate and adequate frame work of aluminium tubular sections (aluminium frame work to be paid separately) including all accessories and all incidental work. Providing CISF Stamping Table of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Stamping Table is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) as per the detailed drawings. The Stamping Table is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) and 18mm thick black granite top as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Stamping Table at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. The rate shall include cost for all materials including wastages (including screws, nails, adhesives, paints/ primers etc) labour, transport and nothing extra shall be paid separately.

Providing Ladies Frisking Booth of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Ladies Frisking Booth is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) and fixed to the floor using square MS bars as per the detailed drawings. The Ladies Frisking Booth is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Ladies Frisking Booth at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. The rate shall include cost for all materials including wastages (including screws, nails, adhesives, paints/ primers, curtain bar etc) labour, transport and nothing extra shall be paid separately. (The exterior surface area of the booth, excluding opening/entry, shall be measured for payment purpose).

Providing CISF Inspection Desk of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Inspection Desk is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) as per the detailed drawings. The Inspection Desk is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) and 18mm thick black granite top as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Inspection Desk at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. Sign face: Sign face shall be made in 5mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Block out vinyl. The Plotter cut block out vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in- Charge. Sign Frame: Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide Powder coated, colour RAL 9006 aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with VHB tape in one side and Hook & Loop tape from the other side so as the panel be easily openable for maintenance. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using LED strip edge Lights of approved make with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots. Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site.

Sign face: Digitally printed Graphics on vinyl pasted on 3mm thick black acrylic mounted on walls/claddings/ paneling’s using VHB Tape.

Sign Type Code: 2.6a - Sign Type: Emergency Direction Signs - Illuminated - Refer design drawing: 2.6a-G Providing and fixing illuminated emergency signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer in-Charge. Sign face: Sign face shall be made in 5 mm thick laminated acrylic (as specified) with graphics in white and green translucent vinyl on the inside face of the glass. Sign Box: The sign box 80 mm deep shall be made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA MS sheet fabricated and provided with same material support channel and ties welded to sign channel. All fabrication shall be done using CNC machines. Sign box shall be provided with openings with frosted glass at bottom and Mesh from inside on top for ventilation. Complete sign box including channel supports are to be powder coated to match RAL9006. Sign box flange receiving the sign face shall be provided with slots to receive the sign face. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using LED strip edge Lights of approved make with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots.
