Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R portion

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick for Soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated rock to a distance exceeding 250m and not exc 500 m depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Broken stone boulder hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete C-2, 1:3;6, using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation,etc n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 20mm graded trap aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5cum ,getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers not exc 25cm in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted ,bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint on new Steel surfaces of any description over one coat of primer with red oxide, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part II - E/M portion

Material & Labour for erection of prestressed concrete pole, 7.5 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 281mm at bottom, class 11 complete all as directed and as specified. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole and stay foundation all as directed and as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping/ any description all as directed and as specified.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volt graded of size 2 core 6 Sqmm all as directed and as specified.

S&F DB box suitable for upto 16 sqmm 4 core cable alongwith glands 02 rings & lugs with 01 No MCB of 6 Amp connector fixed on existing pole with clamp, nut & bolt connections complete all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fix cable 2.5 sqmm three core copper cable ( for Phase,neutral & earthing) duly run through PVC conduit 20mm dia properly clamped to pole from DB to fitting through bracket. NOTE: 01 runs of 3 core copper cable and 01 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length (01 RM)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying & removing of cable of any sizes and getting out in soft disintegrated rock/ laterite rock all as directed and as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point all as directed and as specified.

Supply and Lay dry river sand /m -sand in trenches for cable protection all as directed and as specified. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured & Paid

Supply and lay cable cover LV type 1 flat size ISI marked 250 X 150 X 40 mm all as directed and as specified.

Supply & fixing GI pipe bracket arm 1.2 m long for mounting street light fitting, made out of 32 mm bore pipe, light grade, bent to required shape, fixed on to wall/pole with 2 Nos 40 mm x 6mm MS flat clamps with necessary GI bolts, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting,45 watts, 230 V,50HZ, suitable for operation over voltage range of 160 V to 260 V duly housed in pressure die cast aluminium housing comprising of LED lamp with individual optical lens, electronic driver with surge protection and PF more than 0.90 confirming to IP 66, rendering colour index of >70 with cool day light output and connecting with existing feeder/junction box with provision of 1.5 sqmm 3 core .Aluminium cable multistranded conductor suitable for fixing on GI bracket of suitable size duly clamped with bolts,nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Wire duly run through PVC conduit shall be measured and paid separately.
