M& L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be applied over and including one coat of water based bituminous emulsion primer on newly plastered surface @ 0.40 Kg / Sqm duly thermo fused by flame torch all as specified in method of application manual of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying Brushbond Roofguard which is high build fibre reinforced seamless waterproofing render suitable for waterproofing of old & new roofs, it is a polymer base product applied in three OR more coats & each coat with different colours for monitoring correct thickness. After completing the surface prepration, surface shall be primed with Nitoproof WB primer. Nitoproof WB Primer is a two component product and must be mixed & applied in order to perform as specified.The contents of Brushbond Roofguard shall be thoroughly stirred for at least 2 minutes using a slow speed (300-400 RPM) drill machine attached with a mixing paddle. The application of Brushbond Roofguard should not be done if the temperature of the substrate is below 100C. Apply Brushbond Roofguard in 3 coats to achieve total dry film thickness of 1mm . The second & third coat of Brushbond Roofguard shall be applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and applying on wall or ceilings surface by one part alkaline based material with corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents for exposed steel surface after cleaning to loose scale or oxidized chips from bars, having bulk density 1.25. The material to be applied to the rusted metal with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth etc complete all as specified and directed.
