DRE226B020 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR WINDOW AC , SPLIT AC , TOWER AC , WATER COOLERS , REFRIGERATORS,DEEP FREEZERS, DUCTABEL SPLIT ACs, FLP HVAC, AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF DIGBOI REFINERY.

MONTHLY ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF WINDOW AC, SPLIT AC, WATER COOLERS ETC. Routine, regular and breachkdown maintenance of WAC, SAC, WC and cold storage of different make & different capacities. Installed at various location of refinery premises, refinery township & air monitoring station. Job includes attending the complaints of machines as per the complaint register and instruction of site engineer. Job includes checking of machines, identification of defect, repair/replacement of defective component. Rewinding of blower motor. Replacement of Thermostat, Blower, Fan blade, electrical switches, control knob, wires. Cleachning of air filter, removal of dust from cooling coil & condenser by removing the machine from location if required. Attending the minor/major leakage of refrigerant gas R-22/R-12 arresting the leak and recharging the gas. Repair/replacement of defective bush/bearing of blower motor including lubrication of blower motor, tightening of all the electrical connection. Repair/Replacement (by repaired compressor) of defective compressor. Job includes dismantling of defective compressor either at site or at workshop after transportation of machine to workshop, taking necessary gate pass/permission from concerned authority, sending the defective compressor to repairer shop and bringing back the same/replaced (repaired) compressor from repair shop to site, re-fixing, gas charging, testing & commissioning and making the machine in perfect working condition. Replacement of all type of defective capacitor. Job also includes connection/ disconnection for heater as per requirement and also eplacing/the new fixing the new heater in the machine. The heater be provided by the department. Job complete in all respect including all consumables including gas, men & material and as per direction and instruction of site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Quoted rate will be on per month per machine basis. 2. The defective compressor shall be repaired through original supplier or their authorize representative. 3. The burnt copper of blower motor shall be retained by the Contractor. 4. All the defective/damage consumable shall be left with department in the scrap area & no out pass for such type of item shall be issued. 5. 3.0 TR SAC shall be equivalent to 2 nos. machine for billing purpose. 6. 2.0 TR/1.5 TR SAC shall be equivalent to 1 machine.

OVERHAULING OF WINDOW AC, SPLIT AC, WATER COOLER ETC. Overhauling and painting of WAC, SAC, WC & Cold Storage of different make & different capacities located at various location within the refinery premises, refinery township and air monitoring stations, job includes removal of machines from location, dismantling, cleaning, washing, chemical cleaning of condenser & cooling coil, overhauling, lubrication of blower motor, checking, repair/rectification/replacement of effective control component. Painting of all metal part and chassis cover internal painting with primer & outer painting with synthetic enamel paint. Cleaning of coil & condenser to be done with wire brush. Defective/damage insulation to be replaced. All the electrical wires must be dressed properly. Defective wires to be replaced including supply of wires. Defective/ damage asbestos sheet to be replaced. Asbestos sheet shall be provided by the owner. Cleaning/replacement of filter by Nylon filter. Re-assembly of machine, shifting to location & testing of machine. Job complete in all respect including men & material and as per direction and instruction of Site Engineer/Engineer-in-Charge.

INSTALLATION OF WINDOW AC , WATER COOLER IN EXISTING FRAME Installation of window A/C, water cooler of different make and different capacities at any location within the refinery premises, refinery township & at any other location of refinery in the existing readymade frame/foundation. Job includes transportation of machine from workshop or other location to site, fixing of chassis cover, installation of machine in chassis cover, testing and commissioning of machine at location complete in all respect as per the direction & instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

INSTALLATION OF WINDOW AC INCLUDING FIXING OF FRAME Installation of window air conditioner of different make & capacity at any location within the refinery premises, refinery township & air monitoring station. Job includes breaking of wall, supply & fixing of require wooden frame, repairing & plastering of broken wall. Transportation of WAC from workshop or other location to the site, fixing of chassis cover after drying, putting WAC in the chassis cover, testing and commissioning of machine at location. Job complete in all respect as per direction & instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 1. This item shall not be applicable for breaking/cutting the window with glass/grill or metal structure. 2. Transport for AMS (Outside battery areach) shall be provided by department.

SUPPLY AND FIXING OF PLYWOOD SHEET IN WINDOW AC OPENING Supply of plywood sheet 4mm thick, cutting to required size for covering the WAC opening of different make and fixing with nails. Job complete with men & material and as per direction & instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR OF WATER COOLER Supply, fabrication, welding, drilling cutting of MS angle, MS flat, MS channel etc. of required size for repairing of water cooler including painting of structure by one coat primer & two coat approved colour synthetic enamel paint. Job complete with all men & material and as per instruction of site Engineer/Engineer-in-Charge.

REPLACEMENT OF OLD BODY KIT OF WINDOW AC Supply of following type, window air conditioner kit for replacement the old damaged/defective body/kit of window air conditioner. The new kit includes all the component such as condenser, cooling coil, blower motor, thermostat, control knob, control wiring kit, grill & other except the compressor. Job also includes dismantling of working compressor from the damaged machine, fixing the same in new kit, changing of refrigerant gas R-22, complete testing & commissioning. Job complete in all respect including supply of kit and required R-22 gas, transportation of kit to site. The defective/ damaged kit shall be retained by the owner. Job complete in all respect with men & material and as per direction & instruction of Site Engineer/Engineer-in-Charge
