Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in - equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns , pillars,piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and catilevers.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super struture above plinth level upto floor V level in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg / 10 sqm).
