PREPARATION/CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE WELL

350 mm Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level(DSR 23.1.1.2)

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of useable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, including disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(DSR 23.12)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge (DSR 23.3.2)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineerin-charge.(DSR 23.4.2) 150 mm dia

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete.(DSR 23.14.2)150 mm dia

Providing & Filling of Pea Gravel of Size 2 mm to 4 mm dia. into bore well including cost of labour, material etc. required for proper completion of work. (UPGWD SOR)

Supply & installation of 150 mm dia casing MS pipe. (DSR Material code 7743, chapter 3 materials)

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell (DSR 23.13.2)150 mm dia

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). (DSR 23.15.2) 150 mm dia

Supply and installation of 150 mm dia MS air vent system. (As per Matket rate)

CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE TANK AND FILTER CHAMBER RECHARGE TANK SIZE 4.0x2.0x2.50Mt. AND FILTER CHAMBER SIZE 2.0x2.0x2.50 Mt.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. ( DSR 2.6.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)In foundation & floors. (DSR 4.1.8)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR 6.1.1 )

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) ( DSR 5.1.3)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (DSR 5.22.1 Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 20 mm thick (DSR 13.9.2)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (DSR 11.3.1)

Filling of Excavated earth in trnches plinth sides of foundation etc. (DSR 2.25)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. DSR 10.2

Supply and laying 150mm PVC slotted pipe into filter tank. (DSR 7751)

Supply and fixing of Galvenised wire mess of avg width of aperture 1.4 mm and nominal dia of wire 0.63 mm. (DSR 7029)

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. in filter Tank (DSR 23.7)

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge in filter Tank(DSR 23.5)

Making provision of overflow system complete in all respect including cost of all materials. (As per Market Rate.)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. DSR 15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or Richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on MS sheet both side including all labour, material etc. complete. (As per UPGWD SOR)

Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post Office Red Color Fluorescent Paint as per drawing and detail given including all labour, material etc. complete. (As per UPGWD SOR)
